This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or request a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform and the shipping process has been initiated, or if the product is already out for delivery.
In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
WebApp Digital Technologies does not accept cancellation requests for certain categories such as perishable items (including flowers, eatables, etc.). However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the user establishes that the delivered product is of unsatisfactory or poor quality.
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the product. The request will be reviewed once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has verified the issue. After verification, appropriate action such as replacement or refund will be taken.
If the product delivered is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 15 days of delivery. Our team will review the complaint and take a suitable decision.
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any complaints or issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer.
In case a refund is approved by WebApp Digital Technologies, the amount will be processed and credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.
